Our stay at Royal Hotel Zurich was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The innovative technology for check-in and check-out, including using our smartphones to access our room, added a modern touch to our experience.The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet street yet still close to everything we needed. The ease of access to the train station and old town made exploring Zurich a breeze. Nadin, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start our day off right. Plus, the convenience of the tram stopping right outside the hotel made getting around the city a breeze. It's the perfect choice for travelers looking for a convenient, welcoming, and modern accommodation in the heart of Zurich. Can't wait to return and explore more of this beautiful city!
